Proud of your team

You want to be proud of your account managers when you see them in action. Have the feeling that customers are in absolutely competent hands are and customers appreciate them.

Whatever the most important tasks in your working method are, you want a situation in which you never feel the urge to jump in or take over.

It all starts with one solid working method have followed by mastery in the associated tasks.

Our approach

'Development from a working method'

The first step in developing a team is to give it a fixed working method. A working method that not only describes what people should do, but also how they should do this solves 50% of the competency questions. Most people are perfectly capable of doing what they are asked, while even... best practice development is often a step too far.

We also train people in the associated skills and attitude for mastery in this method.

In this way, people develop in the context of your daily practice or in the context of a new working method. This is an approach that is becoming bad valued by participants and with a very high effectiveness.

Be competent

In our view, being competent means not only being able to do it, but also doing it to dare and want to excel. This receives special attention in our training because this is often the key to development.

Role perception, self-perception and limiting and helping beliefs play a central role in our training and coaching.

We use many working methods, from experiencing to challenging and from direct feedback to providing insights.

Directing development

The end goal of development is to to perform according to your standard as a manager.

We integrate your role into our training in a completely natural way. This allows your team to develop one-on-one enjoyable way the willingness to develop. This is an important aspect, because development is not just attending a training course. It often takes courage and effort from your team. Willingness is created by attention and appreciation, but that of the trainer alone is not enough.

Before we start training, we investigate everything guiding and hindering elements in the organization for the desired development. Together we create a roadmap for development.
